What would your stitching confession be?

I sometimes knot threads into my backs. Usually it's a backstitch thread. Instead of trying to stitch over the tail to secure it, I'll fasten it with a tiny knot to one of the other threads, and end it off the same way. Since it's only one thread, you really can't see or feel the knot.
