Happy Birthday DD!

Yesterday was DD's seventh birthday. When she got home from school, I took her to get a mini manicure. She chose glitter polish.

When that was done, we stopped by the grocery store to get her a birthday balloon and cake. She picked Black Forest, yum. Then home to open presents. She received the Fancy Nancy Posh Puppy that was her most wanted item, among other things.


After supper, cake!

This morning was the main event, a trip to the American Girl Bistro. Mia the doll accompanied us, and even had her own menu.

Cheesy eggs and bacon with strawberry milk for brunch. The rest of us had eggs benedict, french toast, and blueberry pancakes.

The waitresses brought a special birthday dessert and sang Happy Birthday. There was a goody bag too.

This afternoon, PawPaw brought gifts, including Lincoln Logs.

Here's the frontier outpost all put together. Mom helped a little, LOL.
